我們的教會位於宣佈南諾村，教會位於大根堡橋(Tagumbao Bridge)附近，在我們陳光道宣教士的督導下，教會命名為「宣佈南諾貴格會」(Sembrano Friends Church)。陳宣教士(Ptr. Oliver Chen)，他來自台灣
教會負責牧師是羅密歐·索里亞諾牧師 (Ptr. Romeo Soriano) 於 1987 -1988 年畢業於讚美之家聖經學院，獲得了牧師課程文憑，學校位於聖萊昂村，蒙卡達鄉，達拉省(Brgy. San Leon Moncada Tarlac) 。
宣佈南諾貴格會的歷史：
在羅密歐牧師加入呂宋貴格聯會(TFMMP)前，已開展事奉的工作。
1988年：羅牧師在就讀聖經學院時，就開始了外展性的事工，經常傳揚神的話語，分發關於耶穌的單張，也向人作個人靈魂得救的見證，許多聆聽的人認罪悔改，接受了主耶穌基督，作為他們個人的救主和生命的主宰。
1989年：羅密歐成了一名助理傳道，他先擔任兒童主日學的老師，如果主任牧師不在時，也會請我在主日講台上分享信息，藉著這樣的學習，我一點一滴的在教會服事的歷練中成長。
1990 -1993年：於聖文森特村San Vicente & 聖曼努埃爾村San Manuel．達拉省的教會服事。
1994 -1997年：於聯合五旬節教會(UPC-United Pentecostal Church)服事，這個教會位於卡納蒙根村(Caanamongan)．聖伊格納西亞鄉(Sta Ignacia)．達拉省。
1998- 1999年：於仰望耶穌教會服事(Looking Unto Jesus)，這教會位於托萊多村(Toledo)拉慕斯鄉(Ramos)．達拉省。
2000年1月10日起：我們來到了目前教會所在地的宣佈南諾村．傑洛那鄉．達拉省(Sembrano Gerona Tarlac)的地方展開開拓的事工。週六時，我們常在這地方開展兒童事工。
2010年：我們遇到了盧迪牧師(Ptr Rudy Alegado)，他向我們介紹了陳光道宣教士(Ptr.Oliver Chen)在菲律賓的事工。所以我們決定加入貴格會呂宋聯會TFMMP團隊，並正式成立教會，並按著所在地區，稱這教會為宣佈南諾教會。
剛開始時，我們使用的場地是借來的。後來有位姐妹，說她有家中的地可以讓教會使用，所以我們就遷移聚會的地方到她那裡，並搭起臨時棚子來聚會，她並說，我們可以使用這地方聚會，直到教會有錢時，也可以購買這塊土地。
教堂的建立：
不久之後，教會所使用的土地所有人，因為女兒就讀護理學校畢業時，急需用到錢，所以就決定出售目前教會這塊面積 100 平方米的土地。當時開價兩萬四千披索，其中一半的費用是由陳宣教士籌集，至於地方教會得籌集另一半的費用兩萬四千披索，就這樣，我們買下了這塊目前教會使用的土地。
至於硬體的部份，是在逐漸資金的募集中，一點一滴的建造起來。每年來到我們當中的短宣隊成員，看見教會建造的需要，也會在神的感動下奉獻和贊助，這對我們都有很大的幫助，以致於現在我們能夠擁有一個較為完整的會堂可以使用。
會友統計數據：
2010年我們的事工有80個兒童參與。
2015年我們的事工，增加了24個青少年和12個成人，兒童未計。
2022 年我們有30名青少年和15名成人，另有兒童事工未計。

Our church was located at brgy Sembrano Gerona Tarlac the church is very near Tagumbao Bridge ,the church was named Sembrano Friends Church under the supervision of our head pastor no other than Ptr. Oliver Chen ,from Taiwan

I am Ptr. Romeo Soriano graduated in the bible school year 1987 -1988 with ministerial course Diploma the name of school was House of Praise Bible Institute located at Brgy. San Leon Moncada Tarlac
Sembrano Friends Church History :
Before l begin my ministry as a TFMMP. first of all l have a training we have an outreach preaching the words of God and distributing tracks about Jesus and also personal soul winning tell to them they repent from there sin and accept the Lord Jesus Christ as personal Lord and savior that is my training year 1988 then I became as an assistant pastor year 1989 my ministry is a sunday school teacher if the host pastor goes to other mission l am preaching also after sunday school preaching then little by little they command me to handle a church year 1990 -1993 the place San Vicente San Manuel Tarlac Church then 1994 -1997 UPC.Caanamongan Sta Ignacia Tarlac 1998 – 1999 Looking Unto Jesus Toledo Ramos Tarlac then after this the Lord command us to open a pioneering works at the place Sembrano Gerona Tarlac we begin here Jan. 10 ,2010 saturday with many children during this time we meet ptr Rudy Alegado and he introduce us to Ptr .Oliver Chen so we affiliate TFMMP as a friends church and we build a church in this place sembrano the first church is temporary then we transfer the church be coz one of the member told to me ptr. we use our lot and we transfer the church until we solicit some fund and we rise a church building but b4 that the owner of the lot need money bcoz her daughter graduating nursing course so she sale the lot the area of 100 sqm.the prize 24k. so l tell ptr. Oliver about this Lot he said to me I will pay halft and you pay also haltf so ptr. Oliver give 12k and we pay also 12k so the total 24k. the area 100 sqm. then we solicit some funds thats why we begin a building church and missionaries came from taiwan arrive in the church many missionaries came yearly and some of them God touch there hearts to help the church so we rise up and build the church this is now the permanent church.

In 2022 we have 30 youth15 adults including children
