一、地理位置
普拉貴格會位於呂宋島中部平原，普拉市的第三區，由16個鄉組成。教會就在巴利特Balite鄉。村子大約有100戶人家，以務農為主，較少辦公室上班族，而有些在外縣市工廠工作。
二、牧者
阿特牧師Arturo A. Acosta出生於1949年10月8日。2005年，55歲的他遇見主之後，願意放下自己，向神敞開心門。他參與敬拜讚美團的服事，唱詩彈奏吉他，也在村裡舉辦查經班。2012年，他選修教牧課程─使徒行傳。2012年1月至7月23日期間，他是社會轉化牧者聯盟的一員。他曾獲得傑出教牧領袖的表揚。
三、源起
教會成立於2005年，本來的名稱是「聖地會幕堂」，母堂在達拉省的拉莫斯。教會於1990年開始舉辦福音聚會，借助母堂的同工向該地的鄉民傳福音，大約有一百人從天主教徒轉為重生得救的基督徒。能置身在這百人接受耶穌為個人的救主和主宰的行列中，阿特牧師Arturo A. Acosta深感蒙福。聖地會幕堂前三年的服事（2005-2008年），一切都很順利，但在最後兩年，教會開始出現動盪，不但教友彼此之間發生糾紛，甚至無法與創辦人的親屬和睦共處，導致大部分的教友出走，有的回去母堂，有的因絆倒而離開教會。因此緣故，教會被迫關閉，不巧，教會的創辦人暨擁有者弗朗西斯卡·卡德納斯Francisca Cardenas姐妹也在那時候過世。
教會經歷了一年之久的沉寂，直到已故的多明戈牧師起來重啟教會的聚會，並召回現有的教友。他們用租來的教會開始了七個人的聚會。2010年時，他們並沒有加入任何的組織。 2011年，在卡洛斯牧師(正式名字為伯納德·索里亞諾Bernardo Soriano)的邀請與陳光道牧師的接納之下，已故的多明戈牧師加入了呂宋貴格會聯會(TFMMP)。當時盧迪牧師Rudy Alegado是呂宋聯會主席。2012年，普拉貴格會熱烈慶祝教會成立一周年。隨著時間的流逝，教會人數也不斷增加。2014年，多明戈牧師安息主懷。陳光道牧師主持追思安息禮拜，呂宋貴格會聯會全體同工向他表示哀悼和敬意。自他去世後，先是耶利米牧師接任，一兩年後不適任而離去。隨後阿特牧師Arturo A. Acosta接任普拉貴格會的常駐牧師，教會也在穩定中成長。
四、財產
教會建築物為已故的弗朗西斯卡·卡德納斯姐妹所屬。她是「聖地會幕堂」的創辦人。她去世後，她的兄弟姐妹繼承了這棟樓房的所有權。當時，教會活動全部停擺，直到2012年，多明戈牧師以月租的方式重啟教會的使用。現今，教會仍是租用，但一切配備和軟體都為教會所屬。

A. LOCATION
PURA FRIENDS CHURCH, is situated at Central Plain of Luzon, Region 3, municipality of Pura and composed of 16 Barangays. Barangay Balite is the barangay which the Church was built. Our barangay consists of more or less 100 households. The main occupation of the people is farming. Few are working in offices and some work in factories out of our town.
B.PASTOR
Pastor Arturo A. Acosta was born on 08 October 1949. In the year 2005 at the age of 55, he met the Lord, gave up his life and opened the door of his heart to God. He served as a Praise and Worship team, singing & playing guitar in accompaniment, likewise in launching Bible study in the barangay. In the year 2012, attended Chaplaincy course. ACTS – PHILIPPINES. Alliance of Chaplains for Transformation Society for the period from January to July 23, 2012. Awarded certificate for excellent leadership with God Governance.
C.THE HISTORIC PURA FRIENDS CHURCH
It was founded in the year 2005. It used to be “HOLY GROUND TABERNACLE CHURCH” as its name. This church has a mother church in Ramos, Tarlac. They started their Spiritual Services in the year 1990’s. They utilized workers from the Mother church to evangelize souls here in Brgy. Balite. More or less hundred souls were converted from Catholic to a born-again Christian. I’m blessed because I was one among the hundred accepted Jesus as personal Savior and Lord. In the first 3 years (2005- 2008) of Pura Friends Church Services to the Lord was still smooth but during the last 2 years, the church started to shake, incurred problems between the members and even the kins of the founder. Most of the members went to Mother church, some stopped from going church (backslide). Then the church was totally locked down and happened the founder or owner of the building & lot, passed away. A year-long the church didn’t have its Services until late Pastor Boy Domingo Jr., resumed the Devine church services, recruiting the available members of the church. They started renting the church with a starting member of 7 people. No affiliation yet to an organization. It was in the year 2011 when Pastor Bernardo Soriano convinced late Ptr. Boy Domingo Jr. to join the TFMMP under the Chairmanship of Ptr. Rudy Alegado Sr. This was granted by Rev. Oliver Chen. And the year 2012, Pura Friends Church celebrated its 1st anniversary. As years go by, members of the church started increasing. But in the year 2014, Ptr. Boy Domingo Jr. passed away. Staffs of TFMMP paid homage & respect to a departed one, headed by Rev. Oliver Chen. After his death, I took the responsibility as resident pastor of PURA FRIENDS CHURCH up to present.
D.PROPERTY
The church was owned by a certain late Sis. Francisca Cardenas. She was the founder of the church, ” HOLY GROUND TABERNACLE CHURCH”. After her death, her siblings took the building as their inheritance, while the services of the church completely stopped, until in the year of 2012 when Pastor Boy Domingo Jr. resumed the Services in the church paying monthly rentals of the building up to present. Thus, we purchased the accessories needed in the church.
