馬尼拉貴格會青年事工部位於【State Center Bldg. 16樓 2-A。胡安盧納街333號Binondo岷倫洛里．馬尼拉市。我們青年事工堂，原先是在馬尼拉貴格會華語堂，在宣教士陳光道牧師的領導下。
陳光道牧師他是菲律賓台灣貴格會聯會與差派來菲的宣教士，並開拓推動呂宋貴格團隊事工。
牧師簡介：
Zenaida Zaño-Baluyot，她在1982年9月通過青年使命團 (YWAM) 得救，當時21歲。
1985-1995 成為「耶穌是主教會JIL」的會員，並擔任招待服事
1995-2001 成為「耶穌是主教會JIL」的會員和為國禱告者。
2002-2004 在耶穌唯一受膏教會Jesus Anointed One Church (JAOC) and和耶穌是我牧者教會 Jesus My Shepherd Church (JMSC)擔任「暑期兒童聖經班DVBS」的教師。
2004-2010 加入巴谷貴格會Bacoor Friends Churc，並擔任暑期兒童聖經班老師。
2010-2012 參與馬尼拉菲語堂，擔任教會的執事。並從 2012年至今，於馬尼拉貴格會(青年事工堂)擔任主責牧師。
牧師考核於2012年7月28日(日)，在主面前由陳光道牧師和Florante Alegado Sr. 牧師主持。
她於2017年4月28日畢業於國際事工學院。目前就讀於Febias College of Bible第二學期。
已婚並育有四個孩子。 全家基督徒，有一個孫子和一個孫女。
馬尼拉貴格會的歷史：
2013 年 9 月的第三週，許玉雲宣教士 Yvonne Hsu 來到菲律賓，投入她在宣教上的呼召。從Tomas Pinpin St.的馬尼拉貴格會菲語堂開始，我們聚集了至少8名學生，接下來的一個月，學生人數翻了一倍，最後在上帝的恩典下繼續倍增。六個月後她回到台灣，年輕人留在Zenaida Baluyot牧師的監督下，6月時當所有學校都開課後，我們仍抓住機會，在1602A的宣教中心持續向學生開放，帶領聖經學習，此時人數不斷倍增。
陳光道牧師鼓勵Zenaida Baluyot牧師成立青少年主日禮拜，那是2014年9月中旬。第一次的主日崇拜只來了四個年輕人，但靠著上帝的恩典在接下來的一個月裡，人數就加增了。
財產/所有權
我們使用的地方是呂宋聯會(TFMMP)所購買登記的產業，也稱為宣教中心。我們青年事工堂MFYM先是免費使用這場地四年。但2018年6月，我們開始分攤1000披索用於教會的維護，以幫助和教導學生和成員對教會的需要負起責任，並祝福每一個人。

The Manila Friends Youth Ministry
The Manila Friends Youth Ministryis located in 1602-A 16th Floor, State Centre Bldg. 333 Juan Luna St. Binondo Manila. Formerly called Evangelical Friends Church, Manila which is under the Overseer/Missionary Ptr. Oliver Chen, Chief of Taiwan Friends Ministries and Mission in the Philippines.
The Pastor:
Zenaida Zaño-Baluyot, She was save, 21 years old on September 1982 thru Youth With A Mission (YWAM).
In 1985-1995 become JIL member and Ushering Minister
In 1995-2001 JIL member and Intercessors for Phils.
In 2002-2004 DVBS Teacher, JAOC, JMSC In 2004-2010 DVBS Teacher Friends Church.
In 2010-2012 Deaconess @Friends Church. In 2012 to present, Pastor MFYM.
Certified Minister on July 28, 2012 Sunday in the presence of the Lord by Ptr. Oliver Chen and Ptr. Florante Alegado Sr.
She graduated in International School Of Ministry on April 28, 2017. Currently studying in Febias College of Bible for second term. Married with four children. The family are all Christian with a grandson and a granddaughter.
The Manila Friends Church History:
On the third week of September 2013, the missionary Yvon Hsu, come to Philippines to practice her calling in the ministry. To start in Tomas Pinpin, we gather at least 8 students, the following month, it is double the number of students and finally continue to multiply by the grace of God. After six months she go back to Taiwan, the young people remain in the supervision of the pastor(Zenaida Baluyot) In June when all the school open their classes, the ministry also have the opportunity to open the bible study to the students in 1602-A and it multiply. Ptr. Oliver encourage the pastor (Zenaida Baluyot) to start Sunday Service for the Youth, it was middle of September 2014. We start the service in the afternoon sadly for only four young people, but by the grace of God the following month it was multiply again.
The Property:
The place we use was purchased by Taiwan Friends Ministries and Mission in the Philippines. The MFYM or Manila Friends Church use it free for four years. In June 2018 we start to share One thousand pesos for the maintenance of the church to help and teach the students and members the responsibility for the needs of the church and also to bless everyone.
