一、牧師簡介/教會歷史
姓名：卡洛斯牧師(Ptr. Caros 本名是貝爾納多·G·索里亞諾Bernardo G. Soriano)，66歲，師母是赫米尼希爾達·索里亞諾Herminihilda S. Soriano。
1980年：接受耶穌基督為個人救主。
1985年：牧師是Tarlac蒙坎達讚美之家的主日學老師。
2000年：在拉慕斯神國教會擔任執事。
2004年：開始在神國教會擔任牧師。
2005年：畢業於吉特布Guiteb浸信會聖經學院。
2007年：牧師與他的兒子和教會的其他成員一起蓋房子，在他屋子旁的教會，取名為 「仰望耶穌」(Looking to Jesus)，並在附近佈道傳福音，15人接受了耶穌基督。
2008年：牧師通過最小的弟弟Romeo Soriano牧師認識了Florante Alegado牧師，並在2008年7月年加入呂宋貴格會聯會。因此，拉慕斯福音貴格會是達拉省Tarlac貴格會中最早成立的教會。
2009-2012：卡洛斯Carlos牧師鼓勵、督導普拉教會當時的多明戈牧師(已故)。
2013- 2014：牧師繼續在拉慕斯和普拉教會服事。
2014-2019：台灣短宣隊和宣教士來訪教會，其中板城呂炎輝執事住在此半年。
至今，教會由一群忠心又負責的會友齊心建造。
二、聚會
(1) 每月的第一個主日是家庭日，大家一起吃baon。
(2) 每週日青年團契，由青年傳道愛德華Eduard g. Cardenas帶領。

1.The Pastor:
Bernardo G. Soriano, 66 years old, married to Mrs. Herminihilda S. Soriano.
In 1980: Accepted Jesus Christ as personal Saviour
In 1985: Pastor was Sunday School Teacher @ House of Praise Moncanda, Tarlac
In 2000: A Deacon in God’s Heavenly Church in Ramos Tarlac
In 2004: Started as Pastor in Heavenly Church
In 2005: Graduated from the Bible School of Guiteb Baptist Church
In 2007: Pastor constructed new building, together with his son & other member of the church. The church beside his house was called ‘ Looking unto Jesus’. A gospel outreach around the church, 15 people accepted Jesus Christ.
In 2008: Through Pastor Romeo Soriano, his youngest brother, he met New Christian Friend, Pastor Florante Alegado. That year, he started the first friend church. So, Ramos Evangelical Friends church is the eldest church among church of tarlac.
In July 2008: Pastor Oliver Chen met Pastor Carlos until they build friendship as brotherly.
2009-2012 :Pastor Carlos guided the late Pastor Antonio or Boy Domingo in Balite Pura Church. That was the time that Pastor Carlos served in Friends Church.
In 2013- 2014: Pastor continued to serve the Lord in Ramos and Pura Church.
In 2014-2019 – Missionary from Taiwan visited the church.
Until now, the church is filled with responsible and faithful members.
2. Services:
(1) Every 1st Sunday of the month, we celebrate family day in church, we bring baon and eat together
as one family.
(2) Regular youth fellowship group every Sunday under the leadership of young pastor Eduard g.
Cardenas.
