位於：班加德街．曼杰羅里．聖安瑞斯縣奎松省St. Bangad, Brgy Mangero, San Andres Quezon。
來自牛膝草HYSSOP教會的子會：主責是曼尼牧師Ptr.Maximo Jucallia。

教會是在陳光道牧師的監督和領導之下，他是呂宋貴格會的負責人。

2006年開始成立查經班。
2007年在聖安瑞斯成立教會。
除了新冠肺炎疫情期間，每年都接待來自台灣的短宣隊。

2007/2008年，30名成人、15名青年、30名兒童
2018/2019年，20名成人、10名青少年、26名兒童
2020/2022年，15名成人、4名青少年、10名兒童。
